Random thoughts ~

Determination and curiosity don't mix. I dunno, maybe it does, but for me, it's just a horrible mixture. If I'm determined to achieve something, I have to be single-minded and not let other things come to mind. On the other hand, curiosity makes me question everything I do. It makes me start digging into other matters which results into side-tracking.

Lately, I've been having a strange recurring thought about engineering. Everything around us is a result of engineering. From the pc's we use right down to the homes we live in. Even if you think about it, all living things are also a feat of engineering marvel. I can't recall clearly... but I remember once I received an email (if you're really a loyal religion follower, you might not want to read the following..) stating that God is the best of all engineers. If you think about it, it's really true. I mean think about it, everything seemed to be "designed" as it were supposed to ~ Everything is working in harmony. It's something which is still far from reach by any mere mortal on this planet.

More down to Earth however, engineering marvels are created constantly as well. For example, the toilet. Without it, this would be a inhospitable environment, with stinks everywhere !! And it's taken for granted by everyone since we use it everyday (except for the malaysian government who seems to be taking steps to ensure more cleanliness in public places now... or so they say). So, if you think about it, we can't live without engineers. If it's not because of engineers, I wouldn't be able to write this, and everyone would not be able to read my insightful (*Puke*) opinions. ; )

P/S: To make this sinfully boring blog more interesting, I'll be thinking of some topic to dish about to readers who are interested. Not sure what yet, but I'll think of something... for now.. well, I hope there'll be still readers, hahaha.
